    The N&W Shared Care Record accessed from the Lorenzo Patient record is currently inaccessible, displaying an "Exception occurred at the startup on the Lorenzo Web context agent. Unable to connect to the remote server” error message.

    The suppliers are currently investigating the issue and are looking to restore service as soon as possible.
