    We are continuing to work with suppliers to identify the fault with letters being received by GP Surgeries.

    We believe this is only affecting letters from IAPtus, and that letters from Lorenzo are being received normally.

    We have received calls this morning from GP Surgeries to report that they are unable to open letters from NSFT, they receive an error.

    We believe the fault is with the MESH system which sits between us and the GP surgeries delivering electronic letters.

    We are contacting suppliers at the moment to identify the cause of the issue.
