NSFT Digital Service Health - Notice history

We have now been able to confirm through first-hand testing that ePMA is performing as expected for both on-site and WFH users.

Our Infrastructure team have rebooted one of the ePMA servers which we believe has resolved the issue. We are beginning to contact affected users to confirm that the issue has been resolved.

A fault was identified within ePMA on one of the servers. This was quickly resolved, making the ePMA system available again.

We have implemented a fix for this issue and are contacting affected users to confirm that this fix was successful.

EPMA appears to now be working and stable.

Server has restarted and EPMA appears to be working again.

We are currently calling back affected staff to confirm restoration.

Connection has been re-established and confirmed via a line test at 10:07. We are still awaiting further post-mortem from our supplier, but as far as users are concerned there are no further issues.

Following the completed reboot of the A router, full network connectivity appears to be available again. We are monitoring this to ensure consistent and continued connectivity is available.

The power has now been restored to 80 Stephens Road. All systems have been checked and everything is working effectively. Staff are advised that any perishable goods (food and milk etc) should probably be disposed of from refrigerators and pharmacy will need to be contacted for advice on any medications held in the drug fridges. Reinstatement of the car park and footpath may take a few more days, however the pedestrian ramp is still accessible on Grove Road entrance (but not the Grove Road steps).  Thank you for your patience.

UKPN have confirmed that power has been restored, however there has been major excavations on-site. As such, we are awaiting confirmation that it is suitable to return to this site to work.

UKPN have arrived at 80SS and are actively working to restore power.
